So, How Does “Online Coaching” Work?
Step 1: Ask yourself – “Am I committed to; learning, thriving, listening, overcoming, and conquering for the next 3-6 months?”
I can’t guarantee it will be easy, that you won’t face challenges, or that it will be any sort of “quick fix” to all of your problems. What I can guarantee, is that over the course of these next few months, you are going to learn a great deal of information regarding nutrition, exercise, your body, and your abilities.
Step 2: Fill out an application.
I’m looking for a team of people that aren’t just committed, but EXCITED! Excited to change their life for the better, excited to stop yo-yo dieting, and excited to gain control of their health!
Step 3: Wait to see if you’re accepted.
It’s extremely important to me that we’re a great fit for one another! I understand this program isn’t for everyone nor is everyone meant for this program!
I’m accepting clients who are:
- Motivated to SHOW UP and put in the WORK.
- Enthusiastic about making a positive change in their life.
- Ready to look to me as a mentor for education/guidance, not just someone to give them a program and send them on their way
- Eager to learn new things and trust the process
- Ready to work WITH me as a TEAM
- Willing to take responsibility for their challenges by identifying them and overcoming them
- Excited to take control of their health.
- Prepared to transform their body AND their mind.
- Motivated to learn the necessary tools for long-term success.
- Excited to make a true LIFESTYLE change!
Step 4: Member Questionnaire
If you are accepted, you’ll receive an email letting you know with instructions on how to proceed.
All programs include both nutrition programming and workout programming custom to your goals, body composition, preferences, dieting history, schedule, etc.
Upon purchasing, you will receive my Member Questionnaire. This is where you will answer several questions regarding your health, goals, medical history, preferences, activity levels, etc. The more information you provide, the more customized your programming will be.
Based on your responses, I will calculate how many calories you need per day as well as the optimal macronutrient intake for your body and your goals. This means you will be prescribed calorie goals and macronutrient goals based on the information you've provided.
The dieting approach I use with all of my clients is referred to as “Flexible Dieting” , which will be explained in detail in my Premium Member Handbook. Nutrition modifications will be made on an as needed basis based upon progress.
In addition, a workout program will be created for you to correspond with your nutrition plan. Your workout program will be personalized to your reported goals, gym experience, workout preferences, and schedule. All workout programs will change every 4 weeks based upon your progress.
Step 5: Receive Your Program!
All of my clients check in with me on a weekly basis using my Weekly Update Form. This is how I will stay up to date on your progress, inform you of any adjustments/modifications that need to be made, and keep us progressing!
