THE BLOG

THE TEN+ FOUNDATIONS

  • Each training block you’ll receive from your coach will be carefully crafted to suit your goals, needs, preferences, equipment availability, and schedule. In creating your training program, we’ll be sure to consider your exercise experience, previous injuries, health history, and current goals to ensure optimal, enjoyable, and sustainable programming.

    Throughout your coaching journey with us, you’ll be tracking your training (reps, sets, intensity, RPE, etc) on our private coaching portal so your coach can provide any adjustments and modifications based upon your progress or struggles.

    Additionally, as a Level TEN client, you'll have the ability to submit form videos to your coach for form and technique assessments to ensure safe and proper exercise execution.

  • Level TEN’s coaching staff is comprised of educated and experienced exercise physiologists, strength and conditioning coaches, pre & postnatal fitness coaches, athletic trainers, personal trainers, sports nutritionists, registered dietitians, and MORE. The educational diversity among our coaches allows us to pair applicants with the most suitable coach for the clients goals, exercise and dieting history, and preferences.

    In the ever-developing fields that are health & wellness, we promise to continue our education, expand our knowledge, and in turn, share this with our clients to benefit both parties through further growth and development.

    The goal here is to ensure each client is able to maximize their potential by educating them through their own personal programming. Each client will gain a much further understanding of progressive exercise programming and personalized nutrition planning throughout their journey with us.

    For instance, Level TEN weekly check-ins are where much of the educational process will take place; as this is where your coach can address any and all of your health and fitness questions and concerns while also evaluating and assessing your biofeedback (and teaching YOU how to do the same). As a 1:1 coaching client, you’ll also have access to hundreds of pages of downloadable resources like nutrition handbooks, grocery lists, fiber cheat sheets, etc.

  • Nutrition is NOT one-size-fits-all nor do we have one specific “type” of nutrition programming that we assign to clients. Instead, look to us for custom nutrition protocols. Whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle, improving your relationship with food, learning how to track macros, learning how to step away from macro tracking, gaining more energy, improving body composition, or simply overall health, we’re here to take a personalized, sustainable, and dare we say… enjoyable approach to your nutrition. It’s time to ditch the all-or-nothing mentality so you never have to “re-start” your diet on Monday ever again.

    Each client’s nutrition protocols are designed to suit their goals, needs, and preferences while taking into consideration the clients’ previous dieting history, current metabolic health, activity levels, preferences, health history, etc. Additionally, each nutrition variable a coach creates for their client will be closely monitored (daily and weekly) and will be adjusted based upon their progress and individual biofeedback.

  • One of the services that sets Level TEN apart from other coaching companies is our mental health team. Our mental health team is comprised of a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Licensed Psychotherapist, and a Maternal Mental Health Practitioner. Each of these individuals play a crucial role in helping our clients address some of the common mental and emotional barriers that often present themselves along our health and fitness journeys (IE - emotional eating, anxiety, self sabotage, managing fitness as a new mother, etc)

    We're here to help you bridge the gap between your mental health & your physical health.

    All 1:1 coaching clients here at Level TEN, have access to group mental health education calls, maternal mental health support calls, mental health guides and resources, as well as access to our teams Licensed Psychotherapist for private 1:1 Telehealth therapy.
